Terms of Service for Love Story Writing Services
Thank you for choosing my love story writing services. By hiring me to create your personalized love story, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Services
I offer three unique packages to bring your love story to life:
Your Story in Words: A beautifully written version of your love story. (Price:) $100
Your Journey in Audio: A heartfelt audio recording of your love story. Price: $150
You may choose one or multiple packages, depending on your preferences.
2. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and timely information for the creation of your story through a questionnaire, interviews, and any additional materials requested.
Delays in providing requested materials or responses will impact the delivery timeline.
3. Delivery Timeline
The completed love story will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, provided all requested materials are received on time.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.
4. Revisions
One round of revisions is included with the service. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee of $25 per revision.
5. Costs and Payment
Your Story in Words: $100
Love Story Video: $150
Your Journey in Audio: $150
A down payment of 50% is required before work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the final product is delivered.
Payment can be made via payment Llnk email to you.
6. Intellectual Property
The final product is intended for personal use (e.g., wedding ceremonies or keepsakes). You may share, print, or use it as desired within that context.
You may not sell, reproduce, or distribute the product for commercial purposes without my written consent.
I retain the right to use portions of the story or media (excluding sensitive or identifying details) as part of my portfolio, marketing, or promotional materials.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
The down payment is non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you wish to cancel, you must notify me in writing. Payments made up to that point will not be refunded.
8. Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for any errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you or third parties.
I am not liable for any disputes, misunderstandings, or issues arising from the use of the story, video, or audio, including but not limited to its delivery or presentation by a third party.
My maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
9. Confidentiality
I will treat all personal information and details about your love story with care and confidentiality.
Sensitive details will not be shared or used without your express permission.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies.
Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of [the state of Texas.
11. Agreement Acceptance
By hiring me for Your Story in Words, Love Story Video, or Your Journey in Audio services and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
